The White Thunderbirds and "Chameleon" Thunderbirds skin kits are almost identical in detailing except for the subtle block "Chameleon" pattern of the "Chameleon" skin kit.
The skin kit graphics are based on the 2014 U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds show team "re-imagined" for the Interceptor of the late 21st century.
Each skin kit consists of three 8"x11" white vinyl sheets and instructions. The vinyl is a very thin (approx .002") adhesive backed material that completely covers almost all exposed surfaces of the Interceptor model except for the wing pods, tail cone, a very small portion of the nosecone tip, and a small area around the cockpit. By completely covering the model, all traces of wood grain and body tube spirals are eliminated.
Skill Level 3 modelers and Skill Level 2 modelers with a few models under their belt can easily apply the skins and produce an astonishing model that will be the envy of all the modelers at your next launch!
Other Interceptor Skin Kits are available including:
